  AVOID BUYING FROM HERE; Sam the sales person has good intentions but is let down by his production team and hollow owner. If you do decide to purchase, DO NOT pay by cash as doing so gives you no protection. Ask for a proper VAT receipt and get the detail of your order written down. When they do deliver, check the product in detail. Take the cushion off the frame and check all finishing. I had to deal with a 2 seater frame screwed together to a 1 seater to make a 3 seater! The fabric also had water marks as i guess they had a leaky warehouse where they stored their stock! These guys have got the basics wrong, once you pay they quite literally don't care, more concerned to look for their next "kill" with a rushed delivery where they just want to drop the goods, quickly take all monies with no time for the customer to check and then they run off...

  Should really be 0 star, so very disappointed with the service and contact with this supplier. Its been over 3 months now and we still have no verbal or written quotation. We have requested this several times with no outcome. The phones do not get answered and if you are lucky it gets picked up, you are told that they will contact you back in five minutes and since our last call it has been over a month with no response. We wasted so much time waiting for them to get back to us and felt really let down, as no appointments were kept or any quotation given. Was promised photos but none arrived. Highly not recommended simply due to the quality of customer services. Do shop around, you are likely to get a better deal.
