Very friendly until I came back after buying the car with a problem. They were very rude and unhelpful, unwilling to let me use the warranty. Some things that should have been found on the MOT that was carried out prior to purchase were not recorded and MOT passed with flying colours. For example, the front two tyres were found to be an advisory by my local garage (I brought the car in for a separate issue originally). I was very unhappy with this service and would 100% not recommend this company.
