  Disappointed with the service. 2 beautiful indian dresses ruined. No apology and they have not responded to my complaint. Gave me their HO address, who also have not responded. the risks were not explained. I am taking this matter futher. Will recommend them to anyone.

  very unimpressed with collection and delivery service here collected from us on tuesday time was between 9am and 12am arrived at 12 25 pm told by driver they would be back friday between 9 am and 12 am now its 12.55 no sign of them rang the store who told us that they had no control over colection or delivery but woud get head ofice to call us 30 mins later no contact phoned store again asked for head office number to no joy then 14.05 they called us said they would check where they were as driver had gone out of route then 10mins later was phoned to say they were still at factory in worcester we were really frustrated had important appointment but had to cancell this then we were told the price had gone up was quoted £40 to £45 now told it was over £60 + cant get over this as no call to tell us this. we would have had them done elsewhere cheaper now being told another 4 days Tuesday before we get them back what a nightmare was told they would take 15% off ?? not good enough 14.25 still awaitng call back
