  Utter rubbish. Went in on a Monday to get brakes serviced, didn't have the parts, so not a problem. 'Book' the car in for Friday, confirm that it will only take an hour as I will have my 3 year old daughter with me. Also note the price is around £150 more than the local mechanic, but I choose Kwik Fit as they can (or should) be able to do it quicker and with less hassle as they have a waiting room etc. Turn up on the Friday. Apparently not booked in and no one really cares. Guy who idealt with on the Monday isn't there, other guy points to cars in the garage "what do you expect me to do mate, we're busy". Has a look, "might get you in this afternoon but you'll have to leave it with me". My 3 year old pipes up "are we not getting the car fixed then Daddy?" Apparently not. Days holiday wasted, car still not fixed so I'll have to go to the local mechanic after all and take another days holiday. Many thanks Kwik Fit. I'll never use them again, must be noted I was a long time customer. However the total apathy towards the situation is beyond unacceptable.
