  My 3 year old Hoover washing machine came up with an error code & would not work no matter what we tried. I phoned Kitchen Mechanic up & it was explained to me that there was a £49 call out fee for Matt to come out which I thought was very reasonable. I was given a date & time & he turned up promptly. He correctly Idiagnosed the problem & very honestly explained that the part required (new PCB board) was a very expensive part & that my best course of action was to contact Hoover & ask them to replace the defective part - as Hoover cover parts only with a 5 year warranty (or at least they used to). Matt only charged me £25 as he did not fix the machine - just diagnosed the problem. I phoned Hoover & they charged for labour only - which I have to say was excessive. However I still saved myself a lot of money as the part was very expensive. Thank you Matt for being such an honest guy - you are a rare breed these days! I would recommend Matt's services to anyone.

  Came to do the repair at extremely short notice, ascertained the problem straight away, obtained the relevant part and fitted it immediately. Cost was very reasonable and the job was done quickly and very efficiently. Cannot praise him highly enough!
