  Excellent service i received from the wolverhampton branch. i had a new washing machine back in March 2017, took the insurance out on it, started having problems with it, contacted Hughes, and a sales assistant gave me a number to ring to which it wasnt the right one, after several phone calls i decided to go to the store , a chap name Stefan Sidaway went out his way to get me a booking to have my washer repaired, which must of took him at least half hour to get through to Domestic & General, which i am very grateful to him, he told me if i have anymore problems to contact him, he was very efficient and sorted my problem out. A couple of months later i had another problem with the washer, had an engineer who came out and told me i needed a new motor which was placed on order, had a txt on 13th November to say the part was on order, the washing machine was still working so i didn't push it, then on the 20th December it wouldnt spin, contacted the store but Stefan wasn't there so spoke to another sales assistant who promised to ring me back to keep me informed but never had that call! i rang back again and spoke to Helen Tierney who is the branch manager, within half hour she sorted the whole problem out and to which i have a brand new washing machine been delivered tomorrow. Stefan Sidaway and Helen Tierney are a credit to the store, who go out there way to put things right. Many thanks to them both.

  I only saved £46 on Bosch washing waw32560 machine compared to their online new machines which where the cheapest on comparison sites,if I get the £100 cash back which they offer online then I will have saved £146,,then that's a real bargain,we will see..update cash back on way from Bosch so increase to 5 *.for the sake of a small scratch why pay more?
