  I was looking for lighting, one exterior and one interior. Plenty of lights displayed on the wall, but hardly any of them available on the shelves. I then saw a display promoting bulkhead outdoor lights, so thought I'd buy one of these. However, there were no light bulbs of the recommended type, either halogen or LED. I asked a member of staff for help, but she couldn't find any. I decided not to purchase. At checkout, I told the member of staff there weren't any correct bulbs and suggested if they were promoting a product, it might be sensible to have the correct bulbs next to the light. She said they must be out of stock and agreed it was bizarre, but there didn't seem to be any suggestion that anyone would do anything about it. I had also purchased a stanley knife and blades, but had to look on the floor for them as all the hooks had come out of the display wall and no-one had put them back. There seems to be a lack of leadership from the manager at this store and I won't be going back even though it is the most convenient DIY store for me. Disappointed.
