  At the point of sale, I was treated nicely by an older man called John. Unfortunately I cancelled my purchase less than 48 hrs since I saw a much better deal AND free underlay which Lfdirect do not offer! Getting a refund (even though the flooring was never delivered to me) was very very very difficult!! The refund was not processed at all for more than a week and when I called the shop to query it? I was first fobbed off multiple times before having an argument with the staff member who finally relented that I would get a refund, but not before being extremely rude to me on the phone and then hanging up on me twice!! Clearly this company, despite being acquired by a larger company some years ago, does not care about repeat business or customer service. I am shocked at the way I was just spoken to and will not only tell everybody how bad they are, bit I will never buy from them again obviously!!!!!

  Excellent quality solid wood flooring. Looks amazing in lounge and hallway. cheapest i found online. quick delivery and good service. highly recommended !!!

  Had a Tuscan engineered solid wood floor put in my living room and hallway totally amazing transformation excellent quality at a very reasonable price cheapest I could find.. good customer service very helpful throughout the experience would recommend definitely to anyone looking for flooring
