  The customer service is so bad that I wonder how they're still in business. Clearly stating I wanted to buy something there and then and it took them 10minutes to get someone to see me( store wasn't even busy, they were just chatting among themselves). When someone eventually comes over they clearly had absolutely not clue about any technical specs for said product(except what's written on the label) and also have a nasty attitude ("can't be asked" kind of attitude). In the world of 1-day online deliveries, the only benefit to buying in-store from shops like Currys is having it 1 day early. With that in mind, you would expect Currys/PC World to try and win you over with customer service. Living off people's ignorance of what's on offer online is only gonna work a couple more years. In the end, I was so disgusted with how we were treated that I went and paid £20 extra on Amazon(prime) for a £500 TV just out of principle.
