  You would think because they overcharge for everything that the staff would be climbing over each other to offer good service, you would be wrong. The staff are some of the rudest people I have met. You ask them for help, they just point and grunt maybe they should get off there arse and try giving customer service. I will not be shopping there again. Go to Superdrug over the road, the staff there are very friendly and helpful. Updated 26th March 18... I can't believe that things have not changed, certainly not for the better anyway. The staff are so un-helpful to the point of being rude. Waited for nearly 10 mins to be served. Does anyone at head office even look at the reviews left on here. If so please get in touch. I am utterly disgusted. By
