  Due to the way I was treated last year when I bought a dress from this shop, I felt it right that I should post a review. The wedding dresses themselves were beautiful but the way I was treated was disgusting. The shop was so disorganised, I was lied to and messed around. I have since emailed this company since to get answers about this situation and I haven't received anything, no sorry or not even a reply back. Buying a wedding dress should be a lovely memory but all I can remember is wishing I had never gone to the shop.

  Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Charlotte - my wedding dress angel at Berketex Birmingham. She was a breath of fresh air to deal with from the moment I walked in to the shop. Totally real and understanding of what I liked and so knowledgeable about the dresses. When she pulled out a dress I wouldn't have gone for I trusted her and gave it a go. She was right - it was the one (even if it took me another month to decide for sure). She was patient never pushy but just so wonderful to deal with. Unlike every other shop I went in. I looked forward to seeing her as much as the dress! And ohmygod the dress. Totally stunning I couldn't have imagined a dress could make you feel so special. She worked hard to make sure it was ready in plenty of time for the wedding and reassured me the whole way. Thank-you Charlotte... and Rashida!
